    Hwllo there – I really have tried to follow this by watching the video, but am absolutely stuck.

    What I want is actually very simple. It is a page of VIDEOS. No filtering, no related projects, purely the 3 column gallery portfolio which will open videos in a lightbox from the main page.

    I want to use an image for the portfolio gallery and don’t mind screendumping from a video, but understand there are other options?

    Main problem is that absolutely nothing shows in the main gallery! I can see there are two videos there, and if I click it does open as I wanted, purely as a lightbox.

    What on earth am I doing wrong? There is definitely a single blog post which is categorised LYRICS – using the Bold blog style.

    I notice that both the VIDEOS and LYRICS work on mobile (although with VIDEOS, it only shows thumbnail or featured image – NOT the title, which is no good – how do I change that? Basically I need to understand why mobile is HALF working and laptop not showing at all 🙂

    Hi,

    There is some script errors pops out in the console. I suggest you that.

    1. Make sure the theme is the latest version.
    2. Try disable all the plugins and try, that fix the issue.

    OK you have my WP login – I have the latest theme and the plugins are all fine. This is not an adequate response, please ensure it is fixed. I should not have to be worrying about the site not even showing!

    I gave you my login credentials. Can I suggest that bwfore you just GUESS what the problem might be, to actually look at my WP dashboard? That is why you haven’t solved it.

    The NextGen plugins were causing a conflict with our theme. I’ve deactivated them and now your posts are showing

    Hm, but I spent £60 on that plugin and it is hugely popular – 11 million downloads. I also spent a day setting up that gallery.

    Is the solution really just to remove it? I’m not very impressed this is the full extent of your investigations.

    We don’t tend to support 3rd party plugins, there are thousands of plugins available, we cannot make them all compatible with the theme.

    I’ll forward this to the developer to see if there’s anything we can do

    Strangely, it works no problem with http://www.9junkies.co.uk but I haven’t yet added a news section? There are clearly quite a lot of bugs still, hm?

    Ed – you’ll see how long I have been waiting, so I’d be grateful if you could just address the issues I have here – it will save so much time – thanks!

    1) VIDEOS – These are currently showing thumbs which is good, although I am not keep on the mouseover being larger than the thumb. Also, how do we get the thumb WITH TITLE showing on mobile – no good having pure guesswork for each one?

    2) LYRICS – as I say, this is not even showing on my laptop but is fine in mobile.

    What is going on? Thanks!
