    Hi support staff,

    As my previous thread got no replied at all: http://www.swiftideas.com/forums/topic/page-cant-load-when-try-to-edit-home-page/#post-134620

    I deleted my wordpress and database and reinstalled everything from scratch.

    Now i am facing the issue that i cant event install the cardinal demo importer.

    This is the error that comes out when i try to install Just One plugin, the demo importer.

    Could not create directory. /home/wellbeing/domains/precisepps.com.sg/public_html/wp-content/plugins/cardinal-importer/

    Hi

    You may already have the folder in your wp-content/plugins folder, can you please check via ftp

    Hi Kyle,

    the only folder in the plugin directory is akismet.

    The first time when i install the plugins they were okay.

    It was only due to the page loading error than i deleted my domain and database and tried to restart from fresh again.

    Hi,

    Definitely something wrong in your server, please check if the directories have write permissions or else WordPress can’t transfer the files of the plugins you are trying to install.

    Thanks Rui, if i want to install the coporate demo 2 later. Which plugins should i install?

    I would not want to install the the plugins and cade loading issues later.

    Try first without installing any additional plugin if it looks ok. In that demo maybe only Contact 7 form it’s necessary.

    End up the plugin folder was not created and We just have to recreate it.

    Appreciate your help here, looking forward to building on this great theme.
