    Hi Swift Team,

    i got a very last question in this forum cos we are about to launch tomorrow the shop – finally 🙂

    In a last check we noticed that there is one issue when opening the website on an iPhone/iPad and i somehow can’t explain myself why. I have set up different pages with different shop products, all sorted by categories. All pages are shown nice and correct, but for some reason the page MEN only displays one item, but there are actually four. I attach the screenshots so you can make yourself a picture of the problem. To compare: on the page women you see couple of products – on MEN just one.

    I would be very glad if you could come back to me in this matter soon.

    Thanks in advance

    Ina

    Thanks for your fast reply.
    Is there no other work around than a theme update possible?

    I made several customizations and we are about to launch today,
    not sure if i am able to fix everything on time..

    Hi,
    There is no solution beside it. Please always make changes through child theme to avoid update issue.
    Thanks
    Mohammad

    Yes, i already worried that it’s a mistake doing the changes on the main files.

    – ok I will speak with my client and come back to you in this matter if the update solved the issue. Thanks again!

    Hi Mohammad,

    unfortunately the update didn’t help. In fact it caused more issues…

    #1 on the MEN page I see NO item
    #2 on the home page the ‘latest product’ caroussel is not appearing
    #3 the logo is squished

    Please assist me in those matters asap. Thanks – Ina

    Hi,

    Can you try to clear your cache? It’s displaying fine for me.

    Hi,

    I took a look but couldn’t figure out the problem, it’s seems to be related to the width of the elements.

    Will have to forward to Ed so he can help us with this.

    Thanks

    -Rui

    Please try adding this custom css:

    @media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {
    .product_list_widget.woocommerce .carousel-disabled ul.products > .product {
    margin-right: 25px!important;
    }
    .product_list_widget.woocommerce .carousel-disabled ul.products > .product:nth-child(even) {
    margin-right: 0!important;
    }
    }

    Let us know.

    – Ed

    Hi Ed,

    unfortunately this code was no help. It totally hacked the whole page on an iPhone (see image2). After removing the code again in the custom css the problem got a bit weird, still aligned in one vertical column plus the pictures of the lightbox weird cropped, instead of one thumbnail image (see image1).

    Please assist me in this matter. Thanks. -Ina

    Can you provide a login so that I can test the custom css?

    Thanks,

    – Ed
