    Hi,
    there is something wrong with our search.

    Please try searching for the term “qualitat”.
    You will get 5 results.
    You can click on one of the results and you will be redirected to the single page.

    But, if you show all results (Alle Ergebnisse zeigen) you will be told that there are no matches.

    Please check.

    It can be a plugin conflict.
    Can you try to disable all your plugins and make the search again?

    Yes are right.

    It is because of the WooCommerce plugin.

    Do you have any idea what the problem is about?

    Hi,

    Try to update the Woocommerce to the latest version and try again.
    Also try to deactivate all plugins except Woocommerce to see if the does the same.

    Hi Rui,
    unfortunately we cannot update so easily because we made some customizing in the Woocommerce plugin. The strange thing is, we made a duplicate from the shop for another website and in the over shop the search works fine.

    Is it possible that one of your programmers take a look?

    Hi,

    If that is happening it means that is something that is not theme related. So we can try to help the way we can.

    If you have those restriction, forget about the Woocommerce. Did you tried to deactivate all plugins except Woocommerce? (this is important)

    Can you try to activate the Twenty Fourteen theme and make a normal search to see if it appears any results.

    Hi Rui,
    i’ve made some tests and it’s for sure that the problem is related to the Dante theme.

    1. I deactivated all plugins
    => The search works fine

    2. I activated Woocommerce only
    => The search doesn’t work anymore

    3. I switched to the Twenty Fourteen theme
    => The search works fine again!

    What modifications were made?
    Can you upload the original Woocommerce version before the changes?

    Hi Rui,
    sorry for let you waiting.

    The Shop is currently in a heavy testing phase.
    That’s why I cannot change the WP version.

    I will do this on 29/30th of December and then I will let you know.
