Hello,
I’ve just purchased this theme recently and installed it, using the Crowdfunding demo content.
However apparently, I’m missing the Crowdfunding by Astoundify plugin. Some of my pages are showing this – [appthemer_crowdfunding_register]
Is this plugin supposed to be included in the theme download or how am I supposed to get it?
Been searching around but apparently there isn’t a free/premium download even. Thanks in advance.
Edit: I just found this thread – http://www.swiftideas.com/forums/topic/crowd-funding-integration-with-cardinal/ , however the attached download no longer works. :/

laranz.November 24, 2014 at 9:18 am #130437Hello,
If you have checked the wp.org links – the plugin has been deleted from there.
Also, the plugin that was attached in the post of Ed – no longer works, deleted also.
November 24, 2014 at 10:49 am #130487That was my old thread Robot re: the Crowdfunding plugin.
Looks like they have completely ended all support and development for it.
Just me, but I would be extremely hesitant to base a large project around that plugin. I would only do it if you or someone you were working with were capable of taking over the development of the plugin (it is GPL so that would be legal) to ensure future compatibility with WordPress, Easy digital downloads etc.
Just my 2c.

-RuiFebruary 13, 2015 at 2:32 pm #149927Hi,
Here’s a potential alternative Ed.
I have been using galaxy crowdfunding plugin for a while now. I am using it as a donation plugin as it works with woocommerce.http://codecanyon.net/item/galaxy-funder-woocommerce-crowdfunding-system/7360954
It would need swiftideas love to make it attractive, but I am sure it can be achieved.
February 13, 2015 at 2:35 pm #149928Hi,
Thanks for the suggestion will forward it to Ed.

June 29, 2015 at 5:12 pm #189855Hi,
i bought this theme for the crowdfunding feature, but now I discover that for the plugin i don’t able to have support and this plugin doesn’t work fine.(last update is November 2014) Have you find a solution for this? You will try another plugin?
Because in case that I can’t use the crowdfunding t-shirt i spent my money for nothing 🙁
Thank you
June 29, 2015 at 5:14 pm #189857Hi
Cardinal does support crowdfunding, you can see on our demo here http://cardinal.swiftideas.com/crowdfunding-demo/

June 29, 2015 at 5:18 pm #189862As far as I’m aware the plugin should still work fine. Unfortunately we haven’t found a suitable replacement as of yet – the best ones are all premium plugins.
