Three questions please.

a. How can I remove the number of comments icon in BLOGS page and in widget? Because I want to use Disqus so this icon is no more used.

b. How can I compulsorily add pagination to a long page/post?

c. If a guest leave me a comment and his mail address, can he receive a notification email when I reply his comment? If no, can I make it?
