    Hi,

On my website when someone clicks through to a post, the page isn’t loading completely on the first attempt? Sometimes if you click through again you can get a full page load, but more often that not you can’t.

See attached screen grab, you can see the large red banner (which is supposed to be aligned with the footer) is at the top of the page and there’s a white block in between that and the footer.

Could someone take a look for me please. I’ve not changed any plug ins or anything to cause this so Im out of ideas.

    Thanks,
    Rob

    Hi,

Already checked and it probably seems to be a plugin conflict. Maybe that social floating icons.

Since you have about 30 plugins active I will ask you to deactivate them all and test again if the page loads.

If it works you have to activate the plugins until finding the problematic one.

    Hi,
I checked many times and found perfect your website each time. If you are still facing this issue then its related with your hosting or internet connection. You should check with another machine at different location.

    Thanks

    Hi Both,

Thanks for the replies so far I’ve tried:

    1) Deactivating and reactivating/testing all plug ins.
    2) Tested on two different machines (1 x Mac, 1 x Win) on two different Wi-Fi networks plus an iPhone 5s and iPhone 6

This is happening across all of the above, so I’m not sure how to debug and find the source of the problem.

The above was the first two things I tried before contacting you (and after to double check).
