How do we make pages with video background faster?

If you look on the home page referenced above, you’ll see a video background about 1/3 of the way down. It’s choppy at times.

Our questions is – does the video length matter or is it the high quality that makes it slow? for example, then entire video is 4:48 minutes and it only needs to show about 1 minute.

Hi

In that case you should crop your video down to the 1 minute that you need to show, and also lower the quality a bit if you can sacrifice it
