  Hi there. I’m building the home page of our graphic design company site and I’ve almost got it right, but there’s a grey band near the bottom of the page (below the images, above the footer)

  How can I get rid of it?

  Also, the menu typography is quite lightweight when I view it in Safari, but bold in Firefox. Why would that be and how can I make it consistently lightweight?

  Hi

  1) You seem to have some quote formatting in your boxed content (see screenshot) If you remove it the grey bar will go away

  2) Browsers render fonts differently, there’s nothing we can do about that
