  Use case:
  Be able to display comments but do not display comment entry form once “Allow Comments” have been unchecked.

  How do you accomplish this?

  Hi,

  This is something related to WordPress itself, please take the time to learn using it.

  If you close comments on a post, they will show up but no one will be allowed to post comments anymore.

  Not true. I closed the comments and the form and comments disappear.

  Please fix.
