    Hello,

    I have a big issue I didn’t manage to solve : in the Review tab (“Avis” in french), there is the link “submit yours” (“être le premier ?”) but nothing happens when clicking on it. There is only a #review_form that is added by GET at the URL.

    I also checked in the backend that all the checkboxes that disallow to set reviews are disabled.

    I precise that I can’t give you the access to the admin for privacy reasons.

    Hi,

    Not sure if you already set the content for that modal.
    Go to Admin -> Theme Options -> Woocommerce Options -> Feedback modal

    There you can place the contact form or whatever you want to use in the feedback modal.

    Hi,

    Nope, that’s not this link that doesn’t work.
    If you click on the tab “Avis” (reviews), there is the link “être le premier” (be the first), and this one does nothing when you click on it.

    Also, I set the content for feedback modal, but I don’t know how to put a form in it. Do you have an example? Is there a plugin for this or do I directly put the html code?

    Hi,
    1-Please install contact form 7 plugin and create a form to insert shortcode of form at feedback modal.

    2- I need your wordpress admin login detail to check and resolve the review form issue.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your answer, but about the second point I can’t give you the admin login (it isn’t that I don’t trust you, it’s only for privacy reasons).

    I checked in the single-product-reviews.php and I sent it to you.
    I think the issue comes from the #review_form link that doesn’t do anything. Maybe a plugin which has been not correctly installed ?

    ??? translation issue ? What is the relation between a link which doesn’t work and the po file ?

    Hi,
    Please open to edit po file.

    Find this code:-
"There are no reviews yet, would you like to <a href=\"#review_form\" class="
"\"inline\" data-toggle=\"modal\">submit yours</a>?"

Change to:-
"There are no reviews yet, would you like to <a href=\"#review_form\" class=\"inline\" data-toggle=\"modal\">submit yours</a>?"

    now you need to transalte this string again and upload po and mo file again.

    Thanks, it worked !

    But I can see on the neighborhood demo site that on the review form there is two more inputs : name and email. I can’t see them on my site.
    How can I display them ?
