  Hi,

  I had the portfolio re-write working perfectly until updating to 1.4.3 using

  ‘rewrite’ => array(‘slug’ =>’work’),

  It changes the URL correctly but the p[age shows a 404 error. Any ideas?

  Can you try visiting Settings/Permalinks in your WordPress dashboard and then see if it works?

  Hi, tried but doesn’t work. Also tried disabling all plugins – no change. Also tried running from main theme (rather than child) and re-installing flexform…nothing changes.

  Hi, all working fine again.

  Found this reference http://dreamdare.org/tips-tricks/how-to-fix-wordpress-custom-post-type-permalink-404-error/ and followed it step by step.

  Turned out to be a plugin causing the issue after all (although I’d had it running for a while – wasn’t a new addition). Deleting it and re-installing has fixed the problem.
