  So I’m putting together our new website right now, and my supervisor wants to make a page that has a form on it that our clients can fill out. He wants them to be able to use this page even though we’re not done with the rest of the website and he doesn’t want them to be able to navigate anywhere else on site since its not done. Is there a way to do this?

  Hi

  Yes, create a page for the maintenance page, add your form on to that page, then in theme options set that page as the maintenance page
