Hi, When I try to import the flexform-demo-content.xml I get an error from WordPress saying that it is exceeding the 2mb upload space.

When i compress this it also gives me an error. I saw a few other threads though couldn’t find one that relates to mine.

How do I import the demo content?

    Thanks

    Hi,

Contact your host and ask them to increase your PHP upload limit. While you’re at it, it might be a good idea to also ask them to increase the PHP memory limit and script execution time.

    Hi ,

Thanks for this, now I have another issue, it’s when I have finished installing the theme through wordpress and I have finished importing the demo content that this comes up (see attached).

I’ve tried to do both options though I think I’m doing something wrong as I had to delete and start all over again. Also, when it is all set up correctly, should the images and slider appear on when the theme is activated if I have installed all of the above?

    Thanks

    Hi,

For that screenshot, you can select your user for both options (where it says -Select-), so all content will show up as if it were created by you – in fact, this is recommended, as I don’t think you’ll need WordPress to create an additional 2 users for you 🙂

After selecting your user for both cases, check that box to download media attachments and import. If it works on your server, you will have almost everything ready.

Slider images do not get imported, for that you need to create a slider first and edit it (BUT ONLY after you do the step above first and you succeed). When editing it, you will see a button called Import/Export, where you can use our Revolution Slider demo content (it’s in the Demo Content folder from your ThemeForest download). Import that and you’ll have the slider as well.

NOTE: if the first step fails and you don’t get any posts/pages because it failed to import media attachments, do it again, this time not checking that box for media attachments.

Hope this helps explain it better.

    Regards,

    Hi,

Sorry it’s not working I’ve tried everything above you had suggested and I get the attached error. I’m not a developer by any means is it possible for you to install this for me?
