  The fields to add custom CSS and JS are missing (see attached file). When I import Demo-content I see the custom code but as inlinetext instead of a editable textfield.

  Am I missing a permissions setting?

  Ok the issue is with your SeedProd Coming Soon Pro plugin, when I deactivate that plugin the text areas appear. However I can see that there is an update to the plugin, please will you update it and let me know if it fixes the issue. If not then you will just have to not use that plugin
