I updated the revolution slider to the latest version and overall the manual update went fine. However, the default styles of Flexform for the revolution slider are not there anymore. Is there a list or an import I can run to get these back?

Hi,

What do you mean by default styles of revolution slider? You meant this styles? http://take.ms/vxZQh If so try to use this file https://cloudup.com/cDBpyGzUJS2 in the \wp-content\plugins\revslider\rs-plugin\css\captions.css ( backup the captions.css of your current version )
