They should both work fine, not sure why it resized like that.

But try deleting the image with the issue, disable plugins, then upload again and let me know how it goes.

Im sorry that did not work. my brother had fixed it before the update by right clicking on the picture and selected inspecting element finding the width and going to woocommerce plugin and changing the values. Since I updated it through everything off again. its an error between the plugin and the site I think thats what he said. Im sorry im not a programmer he is. Is there anything else I can do?

I could get you a login and password if that would make it easier.

In the woocommerce settings, you need to edit your image sizes to what the theme displays. Right click on the photo and inspect element, find its size. Go to the woo commerce settings and find the images sizes. Set the size to the one you found. Rebuild your thumbnails. Ed is aware of this issue and pushing a fix sometime soon I hope. Hope that helps, took me a week 🙂

for some reason no matter what I change it to nothing happens. I even deleted the picture and re uploaded it. its like the images size on woocommerce is not attached to the site. I am sorry this is a pain in the butt. After this is fixed I can start by business but until then I can’t.
Thank you for all you do!

I see it’s still using the old thumbnail size, even if you said you made the changes in Woocommerce. Can you try and re-generate the thumbnails for your images? Regenerate Thumbnails is a plugin that can do that: http://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/ (better search from within WordPress, the wp.org site seems to be having some issues right now).
