  After moving my site form one hosting to another, same domain, some of the elements at the Home page are missing and submenus are not dropping.

  I moved twice just in case something went wrong but still the same problem.

  I just uploaded Evanto WordPress Toolkit and the problem persist..don’t know why

  via FTP the file /wp-content/plugins/envato-wordpress-toolkit/assets/js/jquery-cookiejquery.cookie.min.js exist, but via Browser I get a 404 error.

  maybe it’s the file permissions on the plugins directory.
  Can you try to disable the plugin and check if the issue still exist?
