    Hi there

We have thousands of products to upload, so as you can imagine, we upload them using a feed. Unfortunately, whenever we upload the feed with custom attributes, although the custom attributes seem to upload fine and are visible, they do not actually work for filtering. It’s as if when the attribute is uploaded by hand it is recognised, but NOT when uploaded as a csv.

I have attached an image of both:

    1. What a functioning manually uploaded custom attribute looks like (grey with an x)
    2. What a non-functioning csv feed uploaded custom attributre looks like (pure text)

We are pretty sad about this as the custom attribute is one of the most interesting aspects of the theme and we really hope we can make it work with a csv upload as inputting all the products individually isn’t really viable.

    Thanks in advance !

    Hi

This is something you would need to go to WooCommerce support about as it is not an issue with the theme.
