    Hi,

I’m trying to have a video button in my slides, The button is showing but no function! Note that I’m talking about the Fullscreen video function.
I’ve tested my shortcode in a normal post/page and it works fine, however not working inside the swift slider.

    [sf_fullscreenvideo type=”image-button” btntext=”” imageurl=”” videourl=”https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pbgDg8_h06Q” extraclass=””]

Please help get around this issue.

    Thanks,
    Layth

    Hi,

Will forward to the developer to see if it’s possible to do that inside the slider.

Can you provide a link so that we can see what is going on?

What is the video link, an MP4? Only Vimeo/YouTube is supported in the fullscreen video.

It seems the problem only occurs in the localhost environment, I’ve tested online now and it works! However it would be great if there is a solution since we do all of our initial dev in a localhost enviroment.

Also is it possible to use a different button to use the function?

    Thanks

Swift Ideas mine can be what ever you want it to be: )

I tried all options: YouTube, Vimeo, & self hosted?

Iqusai, how did you get it to work?

Josh3roush I’m Not sure what was the problem, I’ve used the exact same shortcode in my localhost and it didn’t work, however it worked fine in a live site!

It worked for you when the site was live…just not in development mode?

Sorry, what do you mean by live site?

    Thanks for your help:)

@Josh3roush – as far as we are aware there is no issue with the functionality. Try setting it to a vimeo video URL? If same issue then let me know and I’ll take a further look.

    Hi ED!

The functionality is still not working.

I tried YouTube and Vimeo in the swift slider and they both did not work…can you please take a look.

    Thank you!

I can only think it may be a conflict caused by a plugin – tested here and all works 100% fine.

Can you try disabling all active plugins and testing it?
