    Hi there,

    I have been struggling for a while to try and solve the, thumbnail of the recent post widget, mystery, for the past 5 hours. I have read all the forums regarding these issues and all the responses and still can’t seem to get the thumbnail to show up.

    The thumbnails on the recent posts in the side bar remain black. (you can see from the print screen image i attached)

    What do I need to do to set them?

    Hi Ben, you can see from the attachment that I have set both a featured image and the thumbnail.

    Hence the reason i’m lost..

    Hi Ben, I was wondering if you have an answer for me yet? sorry.. but I paid some good money for this template and everyday that goes by that the thumbnails are back only makes us look bad/incompetent to our users.

    Hi Kathy,

    Just looking into this. Doesn’t seem like the theme folder files are writeable, so I’m unable to test what’s going on. Could you please make the theme files 775 recursive?
