I’ve disabled the promo bar site-wide, as I don’t want it on all of my pages.

However I do want it on one individual page.

Is there a way I can just add in one promo bar with a shortcode or something?

Hi

Unfortunately not, you would need to enable the promo bar then disable it for all the other pages except the page you want to show it on
