  I have a “Mega Menu” with one group of links divided between two columns, and the second column title must be blank, so people understand as group and not two different columns.

  In my old theme, I use # for link and _ for title, so the space still there, but without any character.

  There’s something like this in Cardinal? How do I achieve this?

  Solved the question with this:

  li.menu-item.sf-mega-menu > ul.sub-menu > li.menu-item-122 span.title {
    visibility: hidden;
  }

  Just change li.menu-item-122 and insert the “menu item ID” according with your own menu and it’s done:
