I am trying to add a video parallax to this page on my website: http://tsihealthcare.com/maintesting/?page_id=28. But it is not showing up when I preview the page. I have uploaded the mp4, ogg, and WebM video files and it is still not showing up. I converted the video using a video converter program I downloaded from the internet. I looked through the forums but none of them answered my question. Am I doing something wrong?

Also I don’t want the video/parallax height to be that tall. I want the height to be like half of the height it is right now. Is there a specific CSS code that could fix that?

You’ve only added the mp4? (see screenshot)

I had all three originally. But I did not know when you were planning on taking a look at it, so I decided to play with it a little more. I will add the other two right now so you can go back and take a look. This issue is really the only thing holding me up right now. Go check now, I have all three in.

If the other video formats do not work, it’s likely that the video convertor that you used did not actual convert the videos

Okay, I will try another type of video converter. If I have any other questions I will get back to you.

Ok no problem, I’d recommend using actual software, not an online one
